Mid-Continent Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Information Technology team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Develop comprehensive IT project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Ensure projects are delivered with high quality and meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
Completion of or progress toward a professional designation is preferred, such as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
Generally, 6 years of experience managing IT projects.
Experience working in an Agile environment is required.
