Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Package and label products for shipment
- Build and organize pallets according to customer orders
- Use pallet jacks to move and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive, organize, and stock inventory
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Deliver customer orders using a company-provided vehicle
- Perform additional warehouse duties based on company needs
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver customer orders safely and professionally
- Company vehicle provided for deliveries
- Company gas card provided
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Clean driving record required
- Must be comfortable interacting professionally with customers
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Experience operating pallet jacks preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems is a plus
- Ability to lift and move heavy products
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
