Looking for a skilled technician adept at troubleshooting and repairing split system condensers and air handlers for our vibrant residential community.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in split system condenser and air handler troubleshooting & repair
- HVAC expertise with residential units mostly with units on ground floor , few on roof . None in attic.
Soldering and plumbing work required on the job
- Ability to work within a residential community setting dealing with emergency cases outside of HVAC work, sometimes plumbing or electrical ON CALL .
Have the ability to do other jobs during low seasons, or when there are no other work orders to do. Is include Plumbing, Electrical, Cleaning,
- Atleast 2 years HVAC experience required.
-ability to plan on organize work schedule without much supervision
Required to help cleaning property every morning before starting the real job
Position Details:
-Full-time employment (40-hours per week with occasion extra hours for OnCall services)
- -Competitive pay: $21-$23 per hour (based on experience)
