Azure Home Health is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide in-home care to patients across the following areas:
- West Covina
- Asuza
- Duarte
- Covina
- Citrus
- Glendora
- San Dimas
- La Verne
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of Home Health experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Datasoft Logic Software for Home Health)
- Ability to manage patient schedules efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
Required Credentials:
- Current Professional License or Certificate
- CPR Certification
- Physical Exam
- TB Test or Chest X-ray
- Liability Insurance
- Auto Insurance
- Valid Driver's License
