Position Overview
The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting our doctor and clinical team while creating a comfortable, confident experience for our patients. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about dentistry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms following clinical protocols
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos
- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards
- Educate patients on procedures and post-operative instructions
- Support smooth patient flow and team communication
- Help create a positive, calm, and welcoming patient experience
Qualifications
- Dental Assistant experience preferred (EFDA or Radiology certification a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to learning and growing within the practice
