We're looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative to take ownership of questions and requests from our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing accurate information and will also be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls.
- Maintain any necessary databases or spreadsheets.
- Screen inbound calls and emails.
- Answer customer questions.
- Resolve customer issues.
- Record or document customer information or requests.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
