About the Patient Care Technician for TMS & SPRAVATO Position
Victory Clinic is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Patient Care Technician for TMS & SPRAVATO to support patients throughout their treatment journey.
In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering TMS and SPRAVATO treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and supporting the clinical team through both hands-on care and administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate is professional, positive, and highly organized, with experience in healthcare and customer service. This role requires a fast learner with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve effectively. TMS and SPRAVATO training and certification will be provided.
Primary Responsibilities
- Monitor patients during TMS procedures to ensure safety and comfort
- Explain procedures to patients and assist with basic assessments as needed
- Operate, calibrate, clean, and maintain TMS equipment in accordance with protocols
- Follow all safety and clinical guidelines
- Prepare treatment rooms and manage medication logging in accordance with clinic protocols
- Educate patients on SPRAVATO (esketamine) nasal spray procedures, including what to expect and potential side effects
- Administer esketamine nasal spray under provider supervision following the prescribed treatment plan
- Verify dosages and accurately document the administration process
- Monitor patients before, during, and after SPRAVATO treatment, including obtaining and recording vital signs
- Provide attentive observation during sessions, including remaining present with patients and offering empathetic support
- Support patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being throughout the treatment experience
Administrative & Patient Support Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation
- Schedule patients and support clinic coordination
- Collect co-pays and assist with front office responsibilities as needed
- Communicate with patients via phone, text, and email
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements
- Collaborate with team members to support workflow efficiency and high-quality patient care
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, mental health, or related service fields (e.g., hospitality, spa, or patient-facing roles) preferred
- Background in roles such as Medical Assistant (MA/CMAA), CNA, LPN, EMT/Paramedic, PT/OT aide, radiology tech, endoscopy tech, chiropractic assistant, dental/orthodontic assistant/hygienist, massage therapist, aesthetician, pharmacy tech, or similar preferred
- Prior TMS technician experience preferred but not required; training provided

Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- BLS certification required (provided by Victory Clinic)
- Seizure first aid and TMS system training must be completed within three (3) months of hire
Work Environment
- Professional, peaceful, and patient-oriented medical office setting
- On-site role at the designated Victory Clinic location (with potential training at other clinic locations)
- Regular interaction with administrative staff and healthcare professionals, with opportunities for professional development
- Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour daytime shifts (no weekends, nights, or holidays)

Important Information
The TMS system utilizes a strong magnetic field (similar to an MRI). Individuals with certain conditions (such as pacemakers or pregnancy) may not be advised to work around this equipment. Applicants must be able to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
