CRAV Co. is looking for a driven and personable Sales Associate to join our Dallas team.
We are a luxury scent brand specializing in candles, perfumes, and immersive scent experiences. We are seeking someone who is passionate about sales, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and knows how to create a memorable experience for every guest.
This is a weekend-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic retail environment and is motivated by performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience
- Drive sales and confidently recommend products
- Educate customers on our scents and experiences
- Assist with maintaining a clean and elevated store environment
- Support weekend traffic and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail or sales experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Must be available to work at least two weekends per month
Compensation:
- Hourly pay or commission, whichever is higher
