Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Cleaners to join our growing team. This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing vacation rental properties between guest stays to ensure every property is spotless, fully stocked, and guest-ready. All cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of vacation rental properties, including:
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Bedrooms
- Living areas
- Outdoor spaces (as applicable)
- Make beds and replace linens according to company standards
- Wash, dry, fold, and organize linens and towels when required
- Restock supplies including toiletries, paper products, and cleaning products
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure properties meet company standards
- Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items, or safety concerns
- Take completion photos using company software
- Follow cleaning checklists and turnover procedures
- Ensure all properties are guest-ready before scheduled check-in times
- Communicate professionally with management regarding scheduling and property conditions
Requirements
- Previous residential, hotel, vacation rental, or housekeeping experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with internet access
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Dependable and punctual
- Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Airbnb or vacation rental turnovers
- Familiarity with Turno, Jobber, or similar scheduling platforms
- Experience managing laundry and linen inventory
- Ability to identify maintenance issues proactively
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Pay per Turnover $80-$100 per

Schedule
