At Harlan Chiropractic & Acupuncture, we're on a mission to help families thrive through neurologically focused chiropractic care. We specialize in caring for pregnant moms, infants, children, and entire families, creating an environment where every patient feels welcomed, encouraged, and genuinely cared for.
We're looking for someone who is energetic, organized, compassionate, and excited to become an important part of our growing team. This is much more than a front desk position—you'll help create an exceptional patient experience while supporting our marketing and community outreach efforts.
What you'll do:
- Welcome and care for patients from check-in through checkout
- Assist with patient flow and scheduling
- Perform neurological Insight scans after training
- Help educate patients about our office and services
- Create and schedule social media content
- Capture photos and videos around the office
- Assist with community outreach and relationship building with local healthcare providers
- Help coordinate office events, promotions, and marketing campaigns
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly
- Work closely with the doctor and team to continually improve office systems and patient experience
We're looking for someone who:
