Job Description: Flexible schedule is needed. There are 2 shifts, you must be able to work 630am-230pm/12pm-8pm shifts as part of a rotating schedule. Duties include, but not limited to :

Job Summary
Join our vibrant bakery team as a Bakery Department Team Member! In this energetic role, you'll be preparing food items with precision, and ensuring our bakery operates smoothly and efficiently. Duties
- Prepare and assemble bakery products, including cookies, sourdough bread and our signature burridoughs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area, including food handling and sanitation procedures
- Restock shelves
- Assist with food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of bakery operations or culinary experience is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for recipe fulfillment and inventory management
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
