We are looking for a full-time Customer Care Associate.
Duties would include, but are not limited to:
· Support five Reed service departments
· Coordinate and schedule service appointments
· Recapture previously declined services
· Upsell mileage based services
Job Requirements:
· 2-year customer service experience preferred
· Team Player
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Work well in a faced paced environment
· Valid driver’s license
· Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
