Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced OTR Truck Driver to transport freight across regional and national routes. This position is ideal for drivers based in El Paso, Dallas / Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, or Tulsa who are looking for stable mileage, excellent benefits, and performance-based bonuses. You’ll be a key member of our logistics team, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely over long distances
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Perform routine inspections and report mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate driver logs and trip records in compliance with DOT regulations
- Communicate with dispatch to receive and confirm assignments
- Secure cargo for transport according to safety standards
- Represent the company professionally with customers and third parties
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum 2 years of long-haul or regional driving experience
- Clean MVR and background check
- Ability to be away from home multiple nights per week
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Proficiency in English
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs when securing loads
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
