Electrologist (Training or Experienced)

Pearl Skin Aesthetics + Wellness is seeking a motivated and client-focused individual to join our growing team as an Electrologist. We welcome applications from both Electrologists in Training and Experienced Electrologists.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional electrolysis treatments safely and effectively
- Conduct client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment expectations and pre/post-care instructions
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
- Follow all sanitation, sterilization, and safety protocols
- Operate and maintain electrolysis equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with providers and staff to create a seamless patient experience
- Participate in ongoing education and training
Qualifications
Electrologist in Training
- Strong interest in electrolysis and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experienced Electrologist
- Previous electrolysis experience required
- Current electrology license (if applicable)
- Proficiency in electrolysis techniques and modalities
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
- Passion for aesthetics and wellness

Training Compensation: Candidates entering a training program will begin at a reduced training rate while completing required education and competency milestones.
Experienced electrologists should also include a copy of any applicable licensure.
