Job Summary
We are seeking a Colorado licensed attorney to work with our boutique family law firm, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex family law matters with confidence and compassion; opportunities for growth and mentorship. This position offers remote work with occasional in-office meetings/conferences. Interested candidates must have experience 2 years of experience, preferably with trial experience.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your legal expertise to advocate for clients in divorce, child custody, adoption, and other family-related cases. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing strategic legal counsel, and ensuring the highest standards of advocacy and client service. Duties
- Represent clients in family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, visitation rights, and support cases
- Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, settlement agreements, and court pleadings with precision and clarity
- Conduct thorough legal research using to support case strategies
- Prepare for trial by gathering evidence, coordinating depositions, and developing compelling courtroom arguments
- Negotiate settlements that align with clients’ best interests while maintaining professional integrity
- Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress and legal options

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
