Position Summary
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate In Home Caregivers to join our growing team in the Conway, SC area. Caregivers will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, safety, and companionship within the home setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain professional and respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff
- Follow all company policies and HIPAA confidentiality guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving, home care, healthcare, or related experience required
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Reliable transportation required
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
- Ability to pass background check
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- High school diploma or GED preferred
