This role involves supervising and leading a team of electricians to ensure efficient, safe, and budget-friendly completion of projects. As the Industrial Electrician Supervisor, you will also manage team performance and provide technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to plant policies including GMP’s, safety, quality, sanitation, etc.
- Identifying and tracking recurring line issues
- Conducting safety and sanitation audits on a timely basis
- Supporting programs and processes for a sanitary working environment
Job Details:
- Hourly-rated position with flexibility, typically working 11am-7pm
- Requires knowledge of electrical systems, electronic equipment, and software
- Communication with external parties as needed
- Pay Range: $43.10 - $44.10
Project Management:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects
- Estimate time and materials needed
- Maintain project records and documentation
Technical Expertise:
- Understand electrical systems, codes, and regulations
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure safety compliance
- Provide technical support and training to team members
Team Leadership:
- Train and mentor team members
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress
Safety:
- Promote safe work practices and comply with safety regulations
- Establish and enforce safety procedures and protocols
Communication:
- Effective communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with shift supervisors and management
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing or technical environments
- Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, electrical systems, and wiring procedures
