Locally owned independant insurance agency looking for motivated career oriented bilingual (Spanish/English) producer.
Our agency was established in 1992, and has grown to be a large personal and commercial lines independant agency. We offer a Base Salary in addition to NEW & RENEWAL Commissions, flexible work schedule, training, and career guidance.
We are looking to expand in the Montgomery/Frederick County Areas.
Job Summary:
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and develop new client relationships through direct outreach, networking, and community involvement
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with clients to recommend appropriate insurance solutions including property casualty, health, and commercial insurance products
- Manage sales administration tasks such as policy documentation, benefits administration, and maintaining accurate client records
- Stay current on insurance regulation changes and ensure all sales practices comply with legal standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products effectively across various channels including telemarketing and multilingual outreach efforts
Qualifications
- Valid state license as an Insurance Producer
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of achieving targets
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
- Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
