We help homeowners with honest roofing solutions. We’re growing our canvassing/appointment setting team—no experience needed. If you like talking to people and want weekly pay + bonuses, this is for you.
What you’ll do
- Canvas neighborhoods and talk to homeowners
- Book free roof inspections right on your phone (we provide the link)
- Enter clean notes (address, best phone/email, quick damage notes)
- Hand off to our inspector/closer—you set, we close
Pay & incentives
- Base: $600/week (Tues-Sat)
- Bonuses: weekly, performance-based (uncapped)
- Paid: every Friday (for the prior week)
- Must work ≥16 days/month to qualify for bonuses
Schedule & territory
- Typical canvassing windows: Tues-Sat 2:30–7:30pm
- Territory: Rhode Island & Eastern CT (starting around Warwick/Providence; occasional nearby travel)
We provide
- Paid training (talk tracks, objection handling, app tools)
- Branded materials (door hangers/QR, yard signs)
- Live lead support and same-day scheduling backup from office
You bring
- Motivation & reliability (on time, ready to hustle)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners at the door
- Smartphone + valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Able to walk 3–5 hours and work outdoors
