GLE is looking for a Program Manager to join our growing Construction Consulting Services team. This senior-level role will lead projects, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and provide technical oversight across a variety of building assessment and consulting services.
Lead and manage construction consulting projects from proposal through completion
Provide senior technical review of reports including Property Condition Assessments (PCA), Plan and Cost Review (PCR), HUD Capital Needs Assessments (CNA), and Pay App Inspections
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors
Review contracts, prepare proposals, and support project strategy
Oversee project schedules, budgets, billings, and collections
Mentor and support technical staff development and training
Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and client expectations are met
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to execute projects successfully
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
10+ years of project management, architecture, engineering, or related experience
Experience with building systems, property assessments, and applicable building codes
Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, FHA, UFAS, ANSI) preferred
Strong technical writing, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and perform field/site inspections
Valid driver’s license required
