Ezee Fiber is seeking a dedicated and skilled OSP Field Operations Maintenance Tech who will be responsible for performing essential maintenance and repair tasks related to telecom infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on, physically demanding approach and involves working in various weather conditions. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the reliability and functionality of our outside plant facilities. Perform basic and intermediate repairs and maintenance on fiber optic cables, conduits, vaults, pedestals, and other facilities, both aerial and underground.

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and mini excavators.

Efficiently hand dig and perform other physically demanding tasks.

Utilize company vehicles, including trailers and bucket trucks, for field operations.

Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic activities to resolve issues with telecom infrastructure.

Read and interpret technical prints and schematics.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in written reports, providing clear updates on work performed and issues encountered.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including aerial lift and confined space work when required.

Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
