Exceptional attention to detail is essential for evaluating applicants’ academic preparation to ensure well-informed admission decisions. Because institutional focus and workflow shift throughout the dynamic academic year, the ideal candidate must demonstrate strong multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Additionally, written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively advise prospective students on admission pathways to the college.
