We are seeking a high-caliber Chief Operating Officer / Business Manager to drive operational excellence, strategic commercial growth, and robust financial control across our Americas corporate sales and risk solutions segment. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior business heads, this leader manages internal execution so front-office teams can remain focused on client coverage and deal-making.
The ideal candidate will seamlessly navigate the intersection of Revenue Operations (RevOps) and Financial Operations (FinOps) to scale the platform, refine the divisional operating model, and maintain top-tier risk governance.
Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Deal Enablement

Serve as the primary strategic partner to regional leadership, translating high-level business objectives into tactical operations, clear workflows, and performance metrics.

Manage operational readiness and structural setup for a diverse, multi-asset portfolio of regional corporate risk-mitigation and macro-hedging products.

Act as the primary interface between core front-office teams and central corporate control functions to streamline transaction approvals and unlock growth.

Direct the structural approval path for complex or novel transactions, coordinating with legal and product committee stakeholders.
Financial Oversight & Commercial Analytics

Oversee total budget engineering, mid-term forecasting, capital allocation, and internal cost-efficiency planning to maximize margin performance.

Design and maintain granular performance scorecards for individual sales professionals to guide coverage strategies, territory alignment, and profitability metrics.

Collaborate with global markets leadership to optimize capital resource utilization, monitoring return on equity (ROE) and risk-weighted assets (RWA).

Evaluate portfolio risk dynamics and concentration thresholds across sectors, credit ratings, and client archetypes using sophisticated risk-modeling metrics.
Operational Excellence & Infrastructure Management

Supervise front-to-back transaction workflows, quickly diagnosing systemic bottlenecks and implementing technical or operational remedies.

Orchestrate cross-functional project delivery with centralized business divisions to safely scale internal platform capabilities.
Risk Management, Regulation & Corporate Governance

Ensure full systemic readiness and adherence to evolving global and regional market regulations (such as CFTC, EMIR, and related frameworks).

Enforce a strong internal control environment, serving as the first line of defense against financial and operational risks.

Coordinate with legal, audit, and compliance teams to lead response frameworks for internal audits and statutory reporting requirements.

Act as an objective arbiter to resolve cross-border or inter-divisional structural disputes and procedural alignment issues.
Technology Infrastructure & Digital Transformation

Champion the division’s software roadmap, ensuring all engineering pipelines actively align with market opportunities and business strategies.

Accelerate automation and modernization initiatives, guiding the integration of advanced tools and predictive analytics into business tracking.

Partner with development teams to verify data integrity, reporting efficiency, and cybersecurity protocols across internal business management platforms.
