The Commercial New Construction HVAC Mechanic is responsible for installing commercial HVAC systems in new and renovated buildings. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

Install commercial HVAC systems in new and renovated buildings

Remove old equipment and set new equipment

Install ductwork, refrigeration piping, drain piping, and gas piping

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Complete equipment start-up procedures and checklists

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality installation

Maintain vehicle cleanliness, condition, and inventory

Keep current with manufacturer installation standards

Work overtime or weekends as needed

Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC experience preferred

Valid Driver's License (Required)

EPA Universal Certification (Preferred)

Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
