Restaurant Manager – Paola’s Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced, bilingual English/Spanish Restaurant Manager to lead and manage daily operations.
We are seeking someone who is reliable, professional, organized, and experienced in restaurant management. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Oversee daily restaurant operations
● Manage and schedule staff
● Train and supervise employees
● Ensure excellent customer service at all times
● Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
● Manage opening and closing procedures
● Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplies
● Maintain cleanliness, safety, and restaurant standards
● Support both front-of-house and kitchen coordination
● Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking staff and customers
Requirements:
● Previous restaurant management experience required
● Bilingual English/Spanish required
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Ability to manage a fast-paced environment
● Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
● Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Pay:
$20–$25 per hour or salary based on experience
Managers are typically salary-based positions and do not receive hourly tips, however some restaurants may offer bonus programs or tip-sharing depending on policy and performance.
