The Team You’ll Join
The Financial Systems team at Envestnet plays a critical role in powering the technology behind the company’s finance operations, building and enhancing the systems that support reporting, reconciliation, and the close process. Partnering closely with Finance stakeholders, the team develops integrations, dashboards, and automation within Oracle Fusion to ensure accurate, scalable, and efficient financial data flow across the organization. By combining deep technical expertise with business insight, they drive continuous improvement in how financial processes are executed—making it an exciting space for those who enjoy solving complex problems at the intersection of finance and technology.
How You’ll Contribute
Provides leadership and oversight for the Enterprise Applications group. Oversees team efforts to design, develop, support and optimize Envestnet’s critical software programs that power wealth management, data aggregation and operational workflows. Ensures applications are highly available, secure and compliant with company and regulatory standards, while meeting the needs of advisors, clients and internal teams. Manages integrations, monitors performance and ensures effective incident resolution. Ensures applications are scalable, efficient and resilient.
- Oversees efforts of subordinate managers and professional staff.
- Ensures effective management of day-to-day operations, including incident, problem and change management, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business impact.
- Drives continuous improvement initiatives including process enhancements, automation, monitoring and operational efficiency projects.
- Participates in application architecture and design discussions, contributing insights on performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Oversees release management and production readiness, including testing, validation and risk mitigation for deployments.
- Leads root cause analyses for recurring or critical issues and implements corrective actions to prevent future disruptions.
- Supports cross-functional initiatives, partnering with other technology and business leaders on enterprise-wide projects.
- Ensures effective management of project contingencies, including determining the frequency and content of status reports.
- Provides strategic oversight of Oracle Fusion Order-to-Cash (O2C) solutions, including Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management and Cloud Service (RMCS), Subscription Management, and billing-to-cash operations.
- Directs the design, governance, and optimization of billing platform integrations, AutoInvoice processing, revenue recognition, and cash application workflows to improve automation, scalability, and data quality.
- Partners with Finance Shared Services, Client Billing, and technology teams to translate business requirements into Oracle platform solutions and drive continuous improvements across the billing-to-cash lifecycle.
- Champions automation and operational excellence initiatives that reduce manual reconciliation, strengthen controls, improve reporting accuracy, and support audit-ready financial operations.
What You’ll Need to Bring
Candidates should demonstrate the relevant experience, skills, and capabilities needed to successfully perform in the role. Relevant experience may be gained through current responsibilities, prior roles, project work, leadership opportunities, or other comparable experiences.- Hands-on Oracle Fusion AR configuration experience — AutoInvoice interface, customer model, transaction types, and period-close.
- Experience directing engineering teams on billing platform integrations to Oracle AR.
- Automation-first mindset: track record of eliminating manual billing and cash application processes.
- Experience partnering with Finance and Billing stakeholders as a technology advisor.
- Ability to direct engineers: write functional specs, validate integration designs, and hold teams to requirements.
Nice-to-Haves
Oracle RMCS configuration or implementation experience.- Familiarity with SaaS billing platforms and their AutoInvoice integration patterns.
- Experience with Workato for billing-to-AR automation.
- Background in Oracle implementation consulting — O2C practice.
- Financial services or wealth management industry experience.

Our Investment in You
This role offers a base salary range of $152,300 to $152,300. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
