PHARMACY MANAGER — LIVE OAK PHARMACY | PLANO, TX
Live Oak Pharmacy is a trusted independent pharmacy in Plano, Texas, and we're looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to take full ownership of our operations. If you know compounding (Sterile and non-sterile) inside and out and have a proven track record running a pharmacy, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Run and manage all day-to-day pharmacy operations, lead and develop pharmacy staff, oversee and perform both non-sterile and sterile compounding, manage workflow through PioneerRx software, and ensure full compliance with Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
- Active Texas Pharmacist License (required — no exceptions)
- Proficiency in PioneerRx pharmacy software
- Minimum 2 years of experience in non-sterile compounding
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sterile compounding
- Recent, verifiable experience as a Pharmacy Manager
- Experience working with PioneerRx
