Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders is required
- Current Pennsylvania state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate—new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders
- Familiarity with educational settings and IEP processes is a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students across various grade levels
- Conduct speech and language assessments, document results, and help determine eligibility for services
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough and timely student records, progress reports, and documentation for compliance
- Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
