Jayden Presleigh, The Salon and Jayden P Boutique are looking for a fashion-forward Boutique Retail Stylist + Salon Guest Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad Village.
This role blends boutique retail styling with salon guest coordination. You will assist boutique clients with styling and product selection while supporting salon front desk operations to ensure every guest feels welcomed from the moment they walk in.
This is a retail styling and guest experience position — not a hairstylist role.

Responsibilities
- Greet boutique and salon guests and create a warm, elevated first impression
- Style clients and help them select outfits and accessories they love
- Offer personalized outfit pairings and styling recommendations
- Support salon front desk operations including appointment scheduling and guest check-in
- Process retail transactions using the POS system
- Maintain current knowledge of boutique brands, products, and promotions
- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and new product arrivals
- Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Answer phones and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Help capture content for Instagram and social media including new arrivals, styling ideas, and boutique moments
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail or boutique experience preferred
- Passion for fashion and personal styling
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
