TruckECM is a company that repairs computers for Diesel Engine Trucks. We are seeking for bilingual professionals dedicated and knowledgeable on diesel trucks and the common problems truckers face.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in person, on the phone or in social media, answering messages and responding quickly, to help our customers send their computers for repair and help them get back on the road.
Duties
- Answer phone and Social media messages immediately
- Provide knowledge support on diesel trucks mechanical problems and help customers troubleshoot their truck remotely.
- Help our clients fill out paperwork and information needed to deliver the service.
- Make sure clients computers get repaired and are sent back to them.
- Follow up on customers with surveys.
- Provide Technical Support when needed working with our Engineers to answer questions.
- Call and contact potential customers and partners to bring their computers for repair; local, national and international contacts.
Skills
- Must be Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Must have good knowledge on diesel trucks mechanical problems or be willing to learn
- Must be able to work in a fast pace environment and work under no supervision
- Must be able to work on the Saturday mornings and some Holidays
