What You'll Do
- Meet with individuals and families to understand their healthcare and benefit needs
- Help clients compare health insurance and supplemental benefit options
- Recommend solutions based on each client's goals and budget
- Guide clients through the enrollment process
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Conduct scheduled appointments by phone and in person
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior insurance experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable building relationships with new people
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to obtain a Virginia Health & Life Insurance License (company-sponsored licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
- Ability to work full-time from our Vienna, VA office
