General Laborer (Production & Shipping)
Pay: $17.00+ per hour
Personnel Staffing, Inc. is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support production and shipping operations in the Hanceville, AL. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, able to work in an HOT enviorment and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Support shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading materials
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (if certified)
- Stage, organize, and prepare materials for shipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform general labor tasks as needed to support operations
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience in general labor, production, or warehouse environments preferred
- Forklift experience is a strong plus (sit-down, stand-up, or pallet jack)
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
- Familiarity with shipping/receiving and material handling processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in non-climate-controlled environments
