Progressive Design, Inc. is currently seeking a
Manufacturing Catalog Administrator to support a tobacco client working within the Document Control group.
This is a
full-time position that is located in
Richmond, VA. The Manufacturing Catalog Administrator reports to the Manager of the Documentation Control Group.
Key Responsibilities:-
Responsible for performing quarterly inventory and maintaining client’s machine catalogs

Maintaining and updating the client’s Access Database

Communication with client personnel to determine internal, incoming, and outgoing equipment transfers to ensure that correct documentation is available on the production floor

Maintain commitment to expand knowledge and practical uses of established office software
Minimum Requirements:-
2 years of related work experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task

Strong work ethic and must be a quick learner

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Must be a team player and work well with others

Ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs

Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment

Must be able to pass background check and drug screen, be a U.S. citizen & have a valid driver's license
Benefits:
