Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products related to pokemon, magic the gathering,tournaments,events, and other TCG's.
- Provide expert advice on pokemon, Magic the Gathering, Riftbound, and One Piece
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments.
- Maintain organized shelves by stocking merchandise, updating displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled and merchandised to attract customer attention.
- Process customer transactions efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and friendly interactions.
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks, managing retail math calculations for pricing and stock levels, and assisting with inventory audits.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor living products is a plus.
- Knowledge of Pokemon,Magic the Gathering, or Riftbound and One Piece. enhances your ability to assist customers effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math ensures smooth transactions and accurate record keeping.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base.
- Strong communication skills combined with organizational abilities will help you succeed in a fast-paced retail environment focused on teamwork and excellence.
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
