WHAT YOU'LL LEAD
- Recruit talented canvassers and build teams across both Charleston and Columbia.
- Coach through ride-alongs, field training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Lead daily canvassing efforts while personally contributing appointments and setting the standard for performance.
- Manage territories, CRM activity, appointment quality, team accountability, and production metrics while leveraging the company's active recruiting investment to continually strengthen your team.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Expected annual earnings: $85,000-$130,000+
Compensation includes personal production pay, team performance overrides, recruiting incentives, signed-job bonuses, and market performance bonuses. As your team grows and consistently performs, additional earning opportunities become available through expanded leadership responsibilities, earned closing opportunities, and future market growth.
