In our organization, Work -Family balance is important! Our Above Store Leadership work hand in hand with Restaurant Managers to hire, train, and be there for support in all aspects of the business. A RM’s typical work week is 5 days per week (morning and early afternoon), 45 hours weekly as a standard. We are one TEAM, we work together to get it right for you, our crew and our guests!
Restaurant Managers are responsible to:
- Adhere to all Dunkin and State Law standards
- Ordering of food and Control food costs
- Prepare labor schedules
- Maintain labor costs
- Maintain staffing levels and training standards based on store needs
- Foster a positive culture in-store by promoting teamwork and respectful behavior 100% of the time.

Qualifications:
- While preferred, but not necessary, 1-3 years of experience in operating and running a QSR
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a natural ability and passion to drive results and coach a team.
