Job Description
We are seeking driven, coachable, and energetic In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, inspect roofing and gutter needs, educate customers on solutions, and help them make informed decisions to protect their homes.
This is a high-income opportunity with company-provided leads — no cold calling required. Appointments are pre-set and generated daily by the company.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations with interested homeowners
- Inspect and assess roofing, gutter, and gutter protection needs
- Present roofing systems, gutter installations, and gutter guard solutions using a structured sales process
- Educate homeowners on materials, warranties, financing options, installation timelines, and long-term value
- Build trust and provide customized recommendations based on the homeowner’s needs
- Close sales and consistently work toward monthly revenue goals
- Follow up with homeowners and ensure an excellent customer experience from consultation to installation

Requirements
- Previous experience in in-home sales preferred but not required (will train)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to use technology and comfortably inspect exterior conditions when necessary
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays as needed
