Job Overview
We are looking for a part time employee that has electrical and plumbing knowledge. This is not required but preferred. Knowledge of irrigation very helpful. This position would be 15-20 hours a week. Hours and days are flexible. This person needs to work well with others as most of your work load will be thru our community committees. This job consists of irrigation repairs and maintenance, mowing and weed eating, projects for our lakes and ponds committee ,tree trimming . The ideal candidate would be a jack of all trades.
Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, electrical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical machinery using schematics and technical manuals.
- Irrigation repairs and new installs
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports for all repairs, inspections, and service activities.
- Assist with construction projects or upgrades by providing technical support and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- assist Lakes And ponds commitee( treatment ,algea removal shore line repair)
- Proven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician in a commercial or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing small engines and mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO), including equipment repair and installation.
- Construction experience is a plus, especially related to building systems or mechanical installations.
