Montauk Transit Service, LLC. is currently hiring School Bus Drivers for our Bridgewater, NJ location. The ideal candidate must be able to work a split shift AM & PM, Monday-Friday. Montauk Transit provides services for the Townships of Franklin, Hillsborough, Bridgewater, New Brunswick, North Brunswick, Edison and much more.

Job Requirements
- CDL Class B or C with “S” and “P” endorsements
- 23 years of age or older

As a School Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school and related activities while ensuring their well-being. Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, you will utilize your core skills in driving, communication, and paratransit to maintain a secure and efficient route. Your premium skills in commercial driving, along with relevant experience with children and customer service, will enhance the safety and comfort of all passengers. Responsibilities
- Safely operate a school bus, ensuring the safe transport of students to and from school and related activities.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding schedules and safety protocols.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing support to those with special needs.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.50 - $29.50 per hour
