Job Title: Field Lead
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Field Lead – Crew Oversight professional to manage and supervise on-ground field teams within telecom / infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, and timely project execution while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians and crew members

Assign tasks, manage schedules, and monitor team productivity

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality and compliance standards

Serve as the primary liaison between field teams and project / operations managers

Enforce safety protocols and company guidelines at all sites

Resolve on-site challenges, escalations, and resource gaps promptly

Maintain daily work logs, progress reports, and documentation

Ensure availability of tools, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted work

Support onboarding, training, and performance feedback of field staff
Required Qualifications & Skills:

3–6 years of experience in telecom, construction, or field operations supervision

Strong leadership and team-management skills

Good understanding of safety and compliance practices

Ability to read project plans, schedules, and technical instructions

Excellent communication and coordination abilities

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Preferred:

Experience in telecom network deployment / OSP-ISP projects

Familiarity with reporting tools or field management software

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites
