About the Role
Cardinal Senior Living is looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to busy projects and ensuring every detail is executed correctly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives behind the scenes, enjoys keeping projects moving, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You'll work closely with our leadership team to coordinate marketing initiatives, support sales across 21 senior living communities, and help tell the stories that make our communities special.

What You'll Do

Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish.

Support the sales teams across our 21 senior living communities.

Track sales contests, marketing campaigns, and performance metrics.

Maintain accurate Excel reports, dashboards, and marketing databases.

Update and manage website content.

Organize marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.

Coordinate travel and visit communities throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania to capture photos, videos, and resident stories.

Follow up on outstanding marketing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.

Identify opportunities to improve organization and marketing processes.
What We're Looking For

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong Excel, Microsoft Office, and computer skills.

Comfortable learning new software and website platforms.

Dependable with excellent follow-through.

Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Enjoys working collaboratively while also being self-directed.

Willing to travel periodically throughout our portfolio.

Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or basic photo/video editing is a plus but not required.
