Wytheville Auto & Truck Repair is actively seeking a skilled and dependable Wrecker / Rollback Operator to join our team immediately. This is a 8-5 monday - Friday and then commission-based position —earnings are directly tied to your workload, availability, and performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must reside within close proximity to our home office in Wytheville, VA
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy wreckers and/or rollback trucks
- Must be able to operate a standard (manual transmission) tow truck
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
- Landoll experience is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tow and recover commercial vehicles using wreckers, rollbacks, and related equipment
- Operate hand tools, winches, tie-downs, and lifting devices as needed
- Perform physical job functions including kneeling, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Monitor and report vehicle maintenance needs weekly
- Uphold safety protocols and quality standards at all times
- Other duties as assigned
