Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and resourceful Assistant General Manager to support team leadership across both basketball and business operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain real front-office experience in professional sports and play a meaningful role within an emerging organization.
The Assistant GM will work closely with ownership and executive leadership on key initiatives that directly impact team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily team and front office operations
- Support player personnel processes including communication and logistics
- Help coordinate game day operations and staffing
- Assist with ticket sales efforts, partnerships, and community engagement
- Support travel planning and team logistics
- Maintain organizational structure across schedules and vendors
- Help execute strategic initiatives and special projects
- Serve as a reliable leader within the organization
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized with strong communication skills

- Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented
