Duties

- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Maintain stock levels on shelves and assist with inventory management.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Experience in sales or retail environments is preferred.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
- Ability to perform product demos effectively to engage customers.
- Capable of maintaining stock levels and organizing merchandise efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
