Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Preschool Director to lead our early childhood education program with enthusiasm and strategic insight. Duties
- Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement innovative curriculum plans aligned with early childhood development standards
- Lead school administration, including managing personnel, supervising staff performance, and facilitating professional development opportunities
- Oversee budgeting processes, manage financial resources effectively, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all programs
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives to support school growth, resource acquisition, and community engagement efforts
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal education regulations, including special education law and childhood development standards
- Conduct faculty evaluations, supervise classroom instruction, and promote instructional leadership to enhance teaching quality
- Foster a positive school culture by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement among staff and families
Requirements
- Proven experience as a School Administrative Director or similar leadership role within a K-12 or early childhood education setting
- Extensive knowledge of educational compliance, regulation standards, and legal requirements related to preschool operations
- Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and classroom management in early childhood or elementary education
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets as an executive education administrator and overseeing personnel management in educational environments
- Skilled in facilitating professional development sessions for educators focused on childhood development and best teaching practices
- Excellent public speaking abilities to communicate effectively with staff, parents, community stakeholders, and board members
- Experience working with students across diverse backgrounds including special education law considerations.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
