Job Summary:
We are seeking Electronics Assembly Technicians to support advanced manufacturing operations for a global technology leader. This role involves the precision assembly of high-tech electronic equipment in a clean, organized production environment.
Job Description:
- Perform electro-mechanical assembly of electronic components and systems
- Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Assemble and cable rack-mounted equipment and test fixtures
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety procedures in a cleanroom environment
- Use torque tools, hand tools, and inspection equipment accurately
- Meet production targets and cycle time requirements
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate production or quality issues as needed
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in electronics assembly, PCB manufacturing, fiber optics, or small component assembly preferred
- Experience working in a cleanroom or high-precision manufacturing environment is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions and documentation
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanners or production tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive hand movements requiring fine motor skills
- Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lbs
Education
- Highschool diploma or GED
