Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in pool maintenance and cleaning. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained for our clients. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and customer service skills.
Duties
- Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness.
- Inspect pool equipment for functionality and/or need for replacement and report findings to office
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and maintenance performed on each pool.
- Communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Good attendance and performance record
- Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
- A valid Florida Driver’s License is required.
