What You’ll Do as an AT&T Sales Agent
- Engage customers face-to-face and guide them through AT&T devices and service options using a consultative approach
- Learn by observing top performers, then step confidently into your own role as a leading AT&T Sales Agent
- Demonstrate products in-store and deliver compelling, high-energy presentations
- Process transactions accurately while mastering POS systems and account setup
- Stay on track with sales goals and training benchmarks as a results-driven AT&T Sales Agent

- Participate in hands-on training, team role-play, and coaching sessions to continuously improve
