Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Charge Nurse (Evening & Night Shifts)
Location: Knollwood Healthcare – Mobile, AL
Shift Availability:
- Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Knollwood Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Charge Nurse on our evening and night shifts. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Assess residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and compliance with all facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Foster a positive, professional, and resident-centered work environment.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
- IV Certification preferred.
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
- Previous charge nurse or leadership experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to delivering exceptional resident care.
