Gold Coast Physio is growing and looking for experienced, motivated Physical Therapists to join our expanding therapy team inside our new Hampton Manor Assisted Living facilities in the Brighton, Hamburg, and Commerce areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for PTs who want flexible scheduling, strong clinical autonomy, and the chance to grow with a company that is building a high-quality therapy presence across Michigan senior living communities.
About the Role
We are seeking Physical Therapists who are passionate about helping older adults improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and quality of life. You will provide skilled therapy services in an assisted living setting with a focus on functional outcomes, fall prevention, independence, and resident-centered care.
Full-time and PRN opportunities are available.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents requiring skilled physical therapy services
- Develop individualized plans of care focused on mobility, balance, strength, transfers, gait, safety, and functional independence
- Provide fall prevention, restorative mobility, and wellness-focused interventions
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, caregivers, families, and facility leadership
- Document services accurately and timely according to Medicare Part B and company standards
- Educate residents, families, and staff on safe mobility, equipment use, and home exercise programs
- Support therapy program growth within the Hampton Manor communities
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
- Experience with geriatrics, assisted living, outpatient, home health, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Reliable, professional, organized, and patient-centered
- Medicare Part B experience is a plus
